Caffe Nero Salisbury in Salisbury

Lovely strong coffee - good staff and lovely place to people watch, but could do with a return:)

Good coffee,not big enough.

Very good coffee. Wonderful service, wonderful staff, always ready to help you. My experience with them can't be better. The manager is a beautiful young lady, always atente to yours needs

This is a great place to come to spend a while doing some work or reading a book. It's usually quiet so the staff don't mind you hanging around for a few hours. I personally don't enjoy the drinks quite as much as some other big brand coffee shops, but it's worth it for the chilled atmosphere and ability to stay. That being said their hot chocolate is delicious!!

Normally this has been a good coffee shop to visit but lately the variety of croissants has been very limited and today we waited for half an hour to get an almond croissant which had to be cooked. The new vegan jam ones are very ordinary and uninspiring..We do not see this as the staffs fault but the result of poor management decisions. We are actually considering not using this cafe Nero anymore even though we live in Salisbury.

This place is a great place to people watch. Dogs are allowed in and there are areas with comfy chairs and sofas and space to push a buggy or wheelchair in. There are toilets upstairs and downstairs. There is a good atmosphere and the staff are friendly and willing to do things to help eg turn the air con off if I find it too cold. At peak times the queues get long but it is my favourite place to have a mid morning or mid afternoon snack as the coffee is my favourite in Salisbury.

Nice coffees and helpful staff who are pleasant. Ordered expresso and cappuccino both good.

Like it here staff brilliant

We sat in the window which had a ledge, it was covered in dust crumbs and dead flies, I decided to use the loo and when I lifted the seat up it was covered in poo, and the toilet cubicle was filthy, my partners tea was tasteless and my coke not as cold as it could have been, the only good thing were the pastries we had were fresh and nice

Very slow service, such a shame as the staff are very friendly and the coffee is good. Definitely need more serving space

Understaffed, great guys working hard but 12 people in the line and no clean cups so forced to use take away cups.😟

Very good view, very nice and polite staff. Good croissants. Yet no wide range of food varieties. Forks and trays need better handling and cleaning, maybe.

Enjoyed another Mocha drink here, great service as always. You can not go wrong if you visit here. This place is so much better than the major coffee shops in this location .So why not call in and have a great time here.

Always stop here for a coffee, they welcome dogs and do a nice frappe.

Salisbury Caffè Nero is fantastic. Delicious coffee prepared by friendly and professional staff. The panini were delicious and well prepared. Beats all the local coffee shops.

Loyalty points and nice coffee and cake with plenty of seating. Might be a chain but it's a good chain and I feel like it's slightly better. Nice staff, papers to read. Great

Nice town centre location...unfortunately doesn’t have an outdoor seating area...but does benefit from comfortable seats in ‘ windows on the world’, so....great for people watching over the busy junction outside. Has a very large and relaxed upstairs seating area. Great coffee and snacks too.

Do people really need advice on Nero at this point? Staff were super friendly here. Dude insisted he cleaned half the cafe before letting me sit down on a table

I had a lovely time at this cafe. The staff were friendly and the coffee is not outrageously price like some places now a days. They had a good choices of pastries and food as well as some vegan options. It would be nice to see more sustainable take out cup lid options like vegware as they were plastics. Sitting by the windows give you a good view of Salisbury spire and the town. Even though this is a chain cafe, it fits in well with the local surroundings and people.

I'm not a great fan of these types of coffee shops but and definitely a big but as this one was a stand alone Coffee Shop with a capital C, the coffee was second to none, amazing taste and a good sized cup, added to that the staff were pleasant even funny with big broad grins on them all. To complete a nice morning in a relaxing atmosphere the restaurant itself was clean and tidy as were the toilets.

The air conditioning was brilliant in this s weather. The coffee was great as well

Consistently fantastic coffee. Service is great too and the pastries and cakes are amazing! Even their chilled summer drinks are delicious. Very difficult to fault

Firstly. The coffee - Americano - is much, much better than Starbucks ; stronger and with a rich flavour. Staff very pleasant. Seating good - with plenty more on the first floor.Dog friendly. Toilets not quite up to 5* standard - hence only 4* rating.

Really lovely, helpful staff. It does my favourite cup of coffee and the cakes are always really nice.

With social distance there was space seating we had lovely drinks friendly staff and relaxing

We love this place! The coffees are delicious! It’s our first coming here. It’s a big place and even has upstairs to relax.

Coffee is incredible and the staff and so friendly. The only downside for me is that the cake and bakery bits are always stale. Like, actually hard

Nero often has good staff and Salisbury was no exception. Tasty coffee too.
